【Torbreck — 澳洲膜拜級名莊】

Torbreck 酒莊位於南澳洲最出名嘅 Barossa Valley​​，係澳洲最受推崇嘅紅酒品牌之一，以生產頂級嘅羅納河谷（Rhône Valley）風格紅酒而聞名於世。佢最大特色之一係擁有並使用大量珍貴嘅老藤葡萄園（有些樹齡超過百年）。老藤根系深，產量低，能結出風味更集中、更複雜嘅提子。Torbreck 專注於釀造以 Shiraz 和 Grenache 等 Rhone Valley 品種為主嘅紅酒。佢出產嘅紅酒以澎湃嘅果味、豐滿嘅酒體同出色嘅平衡度而著稱。

The Steading酒款可以話係酒莊既靈魂，GSM混釀 (Grenache、Mataro 及 Shiraz) ，提子來自多個葡萄園，藤齡40年起，更有包括酒莊引以為傲既150年老藤。呢款酒以紅果香為主，中度酒體，超值價錢就可以品嚐到 Torbreck 醉人風韻。

TASTING NOTE BY WINE CRITICS

Ripe, round and supple, Torbreck’s 2018 The Steading is foudre aged, so the oak signature is minimal. Mixed cherries and berries abound, mixing in hints of caramel, plus more savory notes of dried herbs, espresso and black olives. Medium to full-bodied, it’s soft and easy to drink, but it has enough concentration to drink well for several more years.
