雖然依家潮流興extra-brut、zero dosage等等極度唔甜既香檳，但其實係19世紀初期，香檳絕大部分都係甜架！甜甜地既香檳真係有一種與別不同既魅力。Laurent Perrier 呢支demi-sec半甜香檳取名「Harmony」，正是希望將甜度同香檳攞返個完美平衡，糖度較高，但飲落去唔會真係好甜，只係舌尖有微甜感，但係因為糖比較多而能夠更好咁去平衡返香檳既酸度，令支香檳更圓潤豐富。Harmony NV 有濃郁既果仁、烤麵包同少少蜜糖香，入口圓潤細緻，開生日party時配蛋糕飲岩哂！
