Roland Schmitt發展至今已經有400多年歷史，是Alsace一家老牌精品名莊，亦可以說是這個產區頂尖Gewurztraminer的引領者。

酒莊擁有風土絕佳的特級園，出產的葡萄酒質素都非常高，幾次獲得知名酒評雜志《法國葡萄酒評論》（Revue de Vin de France）的讚揚，在Alsace多家米芝蓮星級餐廳都有供應，就連著名的葡萄酒日漫《神の水滴》都推薦過他們家的酒。

這款2023年的Pinot Noir 年輕有活力，呈現出呢個提子品種經典的香氣：覆盆子、櫻桃，帶少許辛香，單寧讓人垂涎，適合於派對、夏日烤肉、或配意大利菜享用。

TASTING NOTE BY WINE CRITICS

From 10-year-old, biodynamically farmed vines on marl-gypsum and limestone soils and vinified in stainless steel, Julien Schmitt’s 2023 Pinot Noir opens with earthy cherry and underwood notes on the fruity, cherry-dominated and rather simple nose. Fresh and savory on the palate, this is an intense, savory, well-structured and quite rigorous medium-bodied Pinot with an intense and powerful finish. It is quite rustic on the finish yet has character and quite a lot of palatable alcohol (13.25%). Natural cork. Tasted in November 2024.
