00 Wines 酒莊位於美國Oregon, 是近年備受矚目嘅精品酒莊，由Chris Hermann同妻子Kathryn Hermann于2015年創立。

“00”象徵無限可能，一個零代表酒莊的Chardonnay白酒，另一個零則代表Pinot Noir紅酒。

酒莊以Burgundy名莊為標桿，并邀請Burgundy釀酒大師、羅曼尼康帝酒莊（Domaine de la Romanée-Conti）唯一釀酒顧問Pierre Millemann加入，希望採用獨特工藝釀造帶有Burgundy風格的葡萄酒。

這款葡萄酒的果實來自海拔300英尺的 Chehalem Mountain，使用還原釀酒法，法國橡木桶用量非常節制。成酒風格與Burgundy Grand Cru Puligny-Montrachet 非常相似，優雅中富含礦物的精準感，純淨與複雜度相當平衡和諧，堪稱Oregon最引人入勝的Chardonnay之一。

TASTING NOTE BY WINE CRITICS

Aromas of meringue, vanilla, dried apples and flint are more than evident. Medium-bodied with chewy yet integrated phenolics that run up and down the palate. Racy finish. Drink or hold.
