【Thibault Liger-Belair — 勃艮第新一代明星酒莊】

雖然 Thibault Liger-Belair 係 Thibault 于2001年創立嘅一個新酒莊，但 Liger-Belair 家族可以話係勃艮第嘅百年望族，非常之出名。呢個 Vosne-Romanée 村最古老、最顯赫嘅葡萄酒家族，歷史可以追溯到18世紀末期。Liger-Belair 家族曾擁有大量頂級葡萄園，包括如今世界上最昂貴、最知名嘅特級園之一——拉羅曼尼（La Romanée）​，同埋李奇堡（Richebourg）等名園。隨著歷史變遷（如法國大革命後的繼承法），家族嘅葡萄園資產逐漸被分割同分散。

​可以講，Thibault Liger-Belair 並非從零開始創建酒莊，而係回歸並振興一個歷史悠久嘅家族產業。佢喺2001年結束自己喺巴黎嘅職業生涯，翻到家鄉勃艮第，從租翻家族葡萄園開始，逐步重建呢個以自己名字命名嘅酒莊。酒莊喺勃艮第幾個最頂級產區都有田，包括Richebourg Grand Cru、Clos de Vougeot Grand Cru、同Grand Cru Corton-Charlemagne等。

Thibault 係「風土（Terroir）」理念嘅堅定擁護者，佢認為葡萄酒應該係真實反映地塊特色嘅媒介，釀酒師嘅角色係引導而唔係創造。

酒莊生產嘅紅酒擁有勃艮第經典紅色水果（櫻桃、草莓）香同花香，又帶有獨特嘅辛香料和礦物質風味。單寧極其細膩，結構平衡，陳年潛力巨大。

TASTING NOTE BY WINE CRITICS

The 2016 Chambolle-Musigny Villages comes from nine parcels spread over six lieux-dits and includes 30% whole cluster with a long cuvaison and four pigeages. It has a clean, pure, charming bouquet with small red cherries, rose petals and just a hint of truffle—the whole bunch here deftly integrated. The palate is medium-bodied with succulent ripe red and black fruit infused with oyster shell, focused and taut with just a touch of spice toward the finish. This is a well-crafted village cru, especially considering the extent of frost damage in the appellation.
