Penfolds 呢個澳洲葡萄酒品牌家傳戶曉，大部份常見的紅酒價格大眾化，仲好岩我地口味！「Bin」本指酒窖，後來 Penfolds 酒庄直接在「Bin」 後加上數字代替酒名，簡單易明。
Penfolds Bin 389 首創於1960年，採用了澳洲國民葡萄 Shiraz 及 Cabernet Sauvignon 釀製，由多個地區嘅葡萄提子混釀而成，既有Cabernet Sauvignon 的豐厚，又有 Shiraz 的辛辣口感，兩種風味完美融合，所以有人稱佢為 Penfolds 其中一款最頂級的紅酒「Penfolds Grange」的BB版 「Baby Grange」！
Penfolds Bin 389 飲落除咗有黑加倫子同藍梅的果香外，仲帶有微微雲里拿同雪松木味，仲可以陳年 15年左右。Penfolds 作為澳洲酒老品牌，一直暢銷全球多年，當然有佢嘅吸引力，唔知又啱唔啱你呢？
