家族經營的香檳酒莊Pertois Lebrun主力生產全部以Chardonnay提子釀造的Blanc de Blancs白中白香檳，兩兄弟Clément及Antoine是第五代香檳酒農，非常熟悉香檳提子的種植，以可持續、與環境共融的方式，在香檳區Côte des Blancs五個Grand Cru村莊共44塊田地，種植優秀Chardonnay提子，釀造優雅細膩的Blanc de Blancs。

酒莊一直堅持自然原生態種植同釀造，相繼獲得Haute Valeur Environnementale (High Environmental Quality 高環境質素認證）同Viticulture Durable en Champagne (Sustainable Winegrowing in Champagne 香檳區可持續發展認證)。

L’egoiste 白中白香檳，糖份極低屬於extra-brut極干型(3g/ litre)，以Chouilly及Le Mesnil-sur-Oger兩個頂級香檳名村的Grand Cru Chardonnay提子釀造，酒泥陳年10個月后，在酒莊陳窖7年才推出市場.泡泡細緻、有力而持久，牛油、杏仁、柑橘、蘋果及啤梨等成熟香味撲鼻而至，酸度出色，活力十足，礦物味道迷人，餘韻持久，整體平衡優雅，非常適合海鮮或濃味芝士。

2016年份嘅L’egoiste產量僅2003支。

TASTING NOTE BY WINE CRITICS

A complex, elegant wine full of chalky minerality, showing butter, white chocolate and lemon zest with essential oils. Medium-bodied, it has great depth and complexity on the palate with fine mousse and zesty acidity. The stony, citrusy finish is tight yet refined. Drink or hold.
