【 老牌澳洲酒奔富 “Baby Grange”  Penfolds Bin 389 】

Penfolds呢個澳洲葡萄酒品牌家傳戶曉，大部份常見的紅酒價格大眾化，仲好岩我地口味！「Bin」本指酒窖，後來 Penfolds 酒庄直接在「Bin」 後加上數字代替酒名，簡單易明。

Penfolds Bin 389 首創於1960年，採用了澳洲國民葡萄 Shiraz 及 Cabernet Sauvignon 釀製，由多個地區嘅葡萄提子混釀而成，既有Cabernet  Sauvignon 的豐厚，又有 Shiraz 的辛辣口感，兩種風味完美融合，所以有人稱佢為 Penfolds 其中一款最頂級的紅酒「Penfolds Grange」的BB版 「Baby Grange」！

TASTING NOTE BY WINE CRITICS

The 2022 Bin 389 Cabernet Shiraz is a dense beast of a wine, and the many lovers of the style will will experience paroxysms of pleasure, in that this delivers the muscle, density and concentration of yore. It is powerfully tannic, abundantly fruitful and long through the finish. What more can be said of a wine like this other than that it is a firm style, made consistently year in and year out. Aniseed, nutmeg, cinnamon and malt populate the register of spices from the charry oak. This is a big, big wine. It is composed of 51% Cabernet Sauvignon and the balance Shiraz, sourced from a blend of McLaren Vale, Coonawarra, Barossa Valley, Padthaway and Wrattonbully. 14.5% alcohol, sealed under screw cap.
