【波爾多一級莊的「藝術傳奇」】

Mouton Rothschild位於法國波爾多Medoc產區的Pauillac，同拉菲（Lafite）、拉圖（Latour）、瑪歌（Margaux）、奧比昂（Haut Brion）並列「五大一級酒莊」，以卓越品質、創新精神與獨特藝術酒標聞名全球。Mouton最初評級為二級莊，其后于1973年破格升為一級莊，係唯一獲此殊榮嘅酒莊。自1945年起，酒莊每年會邀請全球知名藝術家設計酒標（畢加索、達利等知名藝術家都曾參與），被譽為「裝在酒瓶里的藝術史」。Mouton屬羅斯柴爾德家族所有，由Baron Philippe de Rothschild S.A. 負責運營。

2021年是波爾多近年最具挑戰性的年份之一。Mouton打破「濃郁強勁」嘅刻板印象，展現出Pauillac嘅「輕盈同詩意」 。2021年嘅酒莊《木桐宇宙》（Universe of Mouton）由日本當代藝術家鹽田千春（Chiharu Shiota）所設計。

TASTING NOTE BY WINE CRITICS

This shows blackcurrants, blackberries, violets, lavender, pencil shavings and hints of metal shavings. Medium- to full-bodied with a firm and juicy character of extremely polished and integrated tannins that caress your palate. Compact and poised with tension and focus. A blend of 89% cabernet sauvignon, 10% merlot and 1% cabernet franc. 13.1% alcohol. Drink after 2029.
