【Alsace老牌名家 —— Famille Hugel】

法國Alsace區釀酒歷史長達2000年，Hugel為Alsace區四大名門之一，歷史可追溯至1639年。至今仍是100%家族持有，已傳承至第13代。

Hugel家族在Riquewihr一帶擁有約30公頃的極佳地塊（很多就在Grand Cru等級的坡地上），另外再透過契作方式，從周邊約上百公頃​收購葡萄。只種Alsace的「貴族白葡萄品種」（例如Riesling、Gewürztraminer、Muscat等），藤齡平均約35年。

Hugel酒款眾多，大部分均為白酒，包括Riesling、Gewurztraminer、Pinot Gris等等，亦有出產少量Pinot Noir紅酒。

Hugel Classic Riesling是酒莊的招牌酒款，優雅細緻又平衡，花香出眾，入口乾身清爽，活潑果味中帶複雜優美的礦物味，尾段酸度持久生津，讓人想一飲再飲。

TASTING NOTE BY WINE CRITICS

This is a wonderfully fresh and expressive dry riesling with a slew of citrus aromas, but also some spring flowers and meadows. The vivacity of the medium-bodied palate is as impressive as the depth in the long, crisp finish, where it bares its Alsace soul.
