Domaine Mayard 位於法國Rhone Valley教皇新堡核心區，莊主Arthur及Hugo為第6代酒農。他們繼承家族分家后的葡萄田并于2021年開始獨立釀酒，短短時間內就迅速躋身成為South Rhone Valley備受矚目的新星，

Arthur同Hugo深明自然、有機、良好的土壤對葡萄酒品質的重要性，亦致力改善釀酒設備以得到更優秀的葡萄酒。酒莊擁有逾10公頃教皇新堡頂級地塊，并重點培育80-120年老藤，以有機自然的方法實現葡萄藤百年健康生長。

近年雖歷經霜凍雹害等挑戰，但仍以細緻優雅酒質獲市場高度認可。Wine Advocate, Decanter 等知名酒評雜誌都對Domaine Mayard 表示讚譽，形容佢係“隱藏的寶石”，認為佢“值得關注的名家新星”。

Mayard只生產一款紅酒同一款白酒，「旨在打造令人愉悅的教皇新堡葡萄酒」。2022年份紅酒散發櫻桃、花香、辛香，口感豐盈層次分明，單寧絲滑，絕對係一款經典嘅教皇新堡葡萄酒。

TASTING NOTE BY WINE CRITICS

The 2022 Châteauneuf-du-Pape exhales a deep, complex and gourmand bouquet of cherries, flowers, spices and red berries, followed by a medium to full-bodied, textured and layered, sappy and enrobing palate with velvety tannins, seamless structure and an elegant, fruity and ethereal finish. Slightly more structured than the 2021, this is a real success. Domaine Mayard is becoming a noteworthy estate for those who appreciate the bright, lively, delicate and aromatic style of Châteauneuf-du-Pape.
