開Party想要氣氛好，梗係要飲汽酒啦~ 但又唔想要香檳酸度咁高，Moscato又太甜，以下哩一款產自波爾多嘅Sparkling Wine就一定啱哂你!
雖然Demazel Black Crystal唔係產自香檳區，所以只能稱佢為汽酒，但其實佢比市面上大多汽酒嘅製作過程都更有誠意!! 同香檳一樣用上傳統做法 méthode traditionnelle 釀製，於瓶內進行二次發酵，有別於不鋼桶發酵，泡泡飲出黎會更幼細、香滑，相當有香檳嘅影子!
果香味好豐富，充滿檸檬、蘋果嘅香氣，有微微酸度平衡返所以唔會太甜。飲落帶啲蜜糖，杏脯，仲有少少烤面包味點綴。而Demi-Sec亦係帶甜嘅意思，但飲落絕對無Moscato咁甜，更適飲唔同人口味!
