Caiarossa酒莊以希臘植物和葡萄酒之神Dionysus頭像為代表，象徵宇宙中最古老的生命之泉以及感官的解放。酒莊取名Caiarossa向土地致敬，靈感來自希臘神話中代表地球的奧林匹克山眾神之母、自然與繁殖女神Gaia。
酒莊由波爾多三級酒莊美人魚（Chateau Giscors) 莊主主理，貫徹尊敬自然，土地可廷續性作風，一直採用有機和自然生物動力學理念種植提子，反映土地帶出無窮可能性。利用法國同意大利本地葡萄混釀出口感充滿勁度，花香和黑色莓果櫻桃慢慢透出；緊接著有香料，煙薰木味，味道複雜有層次。
我地MSQ Team試過呢支Caiarossa，即開即飲，感覺比波爾多傳統紅酒更活潑，亦無需陳年太耐先飲得，口感比意大利酒順滑易入口，花香同果香一層層透出；緊接住有香料，煙薰木味，味道複雜有層次！
