00 Wines 酒莊位於美國Oregon, 是近年備受矚目嘅精品酒莊，由Chris Hermann同妻子Kathryn Hermann于2015年創立。

“00”象徵無限可能，一個零代表酒莊的Chardonnay白酒，另一個零則代表Pinot Noir紅酒。

酒莊以Burgundy名莊為標桿，并邀請Burgundy釀酒大師、羅曼尼康帝酒莊（Domaine de la Romanée-Conti）唯一釀酒顧問Pierre Millemann加入，希望採用獨特工藝釀造帶有Burgundy風格的葡萄酒。

‘Seven Springs’ （「七泉園」）位於Oregon的 Eola-Amity Hills，高海拔、火山土壤以及范杜澤走廊（Van Duzer Corridor）吹來的涼爽海風共同為這個產區塑造了獨特的風土。這款單一園葡萄酒從首次採收至最終裝瓶皆保持獨立，最終呈現出活潑而複雜的風味，令人愉悅。

TASTING NOTE BY WINE CRITICS

Lots of coconut and wood on the nose with apple pie and citrus. Both dried and cooked apples with coconut continue on the full-bodied, really flavorful and tangy palate. Some yogurt and matchstick in the finish. Delicious and fresh. If you like full-throttle chardonnay, this is it. Drink or hold.
