【00 Wine — 美國新晉熱門精品酒莊】
00 Wines 酒莊位於美國Oregon, 是近年備受矚目嘅精品酒莊，由Chris Hermann同妻子Kathryn Hermann于2015年創立。
“00”象徵無限可能，一個零代表酒莊的Chardonnay白酒，另一個零則代表Pinot Noir紅酒。
酒莊以Burgundy名莊為標桿，并邀請Burgundy釀酒大師、羅曼尼康帝酒莊（Domaine de la Romanée-Conti）唯一釀酒顧問Pierre Millemann加入，希望採用獨特工藝釀造帶有Burgundy風格的葡萄酒。
TASTING NOTE BY WINE CRITICS
Crushed stones, sand and cooked apples with smoke and ash show clearly on the nose. Medium-bodied with a tight, focused palate that is compacted and textured. Very integrated. Classy and refined. Drink now.
