Torbreck 酒莊位於南澳洲最出名嘅 Barossa Valley​​，係澳洲最受推崇嘅紅酒品牌之一，以生產頂級嘅羅納河谷（Rhône Valley）風格紅酒而聞名於世。佢最大特色之一係擁有並使用大量珍貴嘅老藤葡萄園（有些樹齡超過百年）。老藤根系深，產量低，能結出風味更集中、更複雜嘅提子。Torbreck 專注於釀造以 Shiraz 和 Grenache 等 Rhone Valley 品種為主嘅紅酒。佢出產嘅紅酒以澎湃嘅果味、豐滿嘅酒體同出色嘅平衡度而著稱。

TASTING NOTE BY WINE CRITICS

The 2023 The Gask is a single-vineyard wine from Eden Valley, and it is a powerhouse of concentration, density and purple persistence. This wine is intimidating in its power, but it also inspires something like awe in the fact that the wine was grown like this; the fruit naturally produces the concentration and power that we see here in the glass, and it speaks of the Eden so clearly in its expression. 15.5% alcohol, sealed under natural cork and wax.
