Poggio alle Gazze來自意大利四雅之一、世界頂級名莊——Ornellaia，

作為酒莊第一款白酒，Poggio alle Gazze產量非常低，主要由Sauvignon Blanc釀造，搭配其它本土提子如Vermentino，是一款非常罕有的地中海風格白酒。

酒體輕盈、香氣馥郁，余韻帶有恰到好片的綿密奶油質感，非常適合同鹽焗海鯛等精緻海鮮料理搭配。

TASTING NOTE BY WINE CRITICS

Based mostly on Sauvignon Blanc, the 2015 Poggio alla Gazze is a light and fragrant wine with just enough texture and creaminess at the back to pair with more sophisticated seafood dishes such as sea bream baked in a salt crust. This vintage shows a fruit-forward disposition and ripe fruit.
