【 抵飲高質 Burgundy 瓶內二次發酵氣泡酒 Jean-Luc Aegerter (Maison) Cremant de Bourgogne Blanc de Blancs NV 】
來自 Burgundy 的 Aegerter 其實總共推出左三款不同的氣泡酒 (Cremant)，但 Msquare Wine 只引入左當中最高端的 Blanc de Blancs，對比起普通的 Brut，Blanc de Blancs 入口更富覆雜感，口味更豐富！雖然只是氣泡酒，但 Aegerter Cremant de Bourgogne Blanc de Blancs 用左100% Chardonnay 釀造的，並採用了傳統香檳法於瓶內進行二次發酵，令到氣泡更細緻綿滑。入口充滿白花、柑橘類水果和青蘋果的香氣。隨著時間的流逝，會有杏子，桃子和烤麵包等核果的香氣散發出來。甘抵飲的價錢可以試到有質素的法國勃艮地氣泡酒，絕對值得一試！
