Domaine Le Clos des Cazaux位于Rhone Valley南部的Vacqueyras村，是一家家族經營的葡萄酒莊園，五代人一直從事葡萄種植和葡萄酒釀造。家族自17-18就紮根于Vacqueyras，是這里最古老的家族之一。先祖Gabriel Archimbaud則是最早將Vacqueyras葡萄酒裝瓶出售的人，並參與了Côtes du Rhône法定產區制度的早期建立工作。如今酒莊由第五代Jean-Michel VACHE和Frédéric VACHE兄弟經營。

葡萄園總面積約有48公頃，Vacqueyras村的地塊主要是Aptian sandstone黏砂質坡地，擅長白、粉紅與Syrah紅酒。Gigondas村的地塊坐落在Dentelles de Montmirail斷層石灰岩花崗岩梯田坡地，多碎石土質、海拔偏高、日照充沛、晝夜溫差大，是Gigondas頂級風土區域，也是全莊Gigondas酒款核心來源地。

這款Gigondas La Tour Sarrasine以濃郁紅漿果（覆盆子、酸櫻桃、紅醋栗）香氣為主，還有一些白胡椒、薰衣草、乾皮革的氣息，酒体中等，單寧絲滑細緻不粗獷，酸度活潑帶礦物鹹感平衡濃郁果實，兼具Gigondas豐厚肉感與優雅細緻度，不是粗曠重型南隆酒，是優雅派Gigondas代表。

TASTING NOTE BY WINE CRITICS

Smoky tones on the nose dissipate with aeration revealing brighter notes of ripe, zesty black berry and wild mint. Full bodied and rich on the palate, this Grenache-dominant blend offers punchy black-cherry flavor edged by a sizzle of sweet spice. At peak from 2021 through 2027, the wine can hold further.
