【法國Alsace生物動力法明星酒莊】
Josmeyer是法國Alsace產區著名的生物動力法酒莊,其歷史可追溯于1854年。
酒莊于90年代率先實行有機種植和生物動力法種植,于2004年獲得全面有機認證。莊園占地60英畝,有90地多塊經生物動力認證的葡萄園,其中包括知名的Hengst和Brand特級園。
酒莊把釀酒當做一門藝術,并于1987年啟用藝術酒標,為每一款葡萄酒打造專屬酒標,非常有個性。
這款酒由100% Gewurztraminer釀造,樹藤年齡大約60年,年產量僅6000支。香氣以黃玫瑰花瓣同香料包括豆蔻、芫荽籽,薑根為主,另外還有芒果和荔枝等熱帶水果氣息,口感豐富飽滿。
TASTING NOTE BY WINE CRITICS
From 60+-year-old vines on alluvial soils in the plain, the 2023 Gewurztraminer Les Folastries opens with classic fruit and floral aromas such as lychees and roses that intermingle with flinty and peppery nuances, which make for a very elegant and rather coolish, also saline and flinty nose with spicy and mineral notes. Full-bodied on the palate, this is a dry yet intense, rich and complex, persistently saline and vivacious Gewürztraminer with remarkable ripeness, density and soul. Dry Gewürztraminer can be great if the vines are old and the yields low enough (33 hectoliters per hectare here). This was bottled with 13.5% stated alcohol, three grams per liter of residual sugar and a Diam 5 cork. Tasted at the domaine in November 2024.
