Domaine Buisson-Charles係Burgundy Meursault本土四代傳承精品家族酒莊，現時由第五代Louis Essa主理，全園推行有機耕種、馬匹犁地，拒絕除草劑與化學農藥，係Meursault備受行家推崇嘅小規模名家，擅長平衡豐腴果香同清爽礦感。

呢款酒嘅提子來自藤齡45–90年的葡萄藤，成塊田面積大概2公頃，由六塊細田組成。2022年屬于偏暖年份，白酒普遍成熟圓潤，但呢支靠老藤+酒莊克制嘅新桶（10-15%）帶來佐能量同礦物感，香氣係成熟嘅白桃、西洋梨、糖漬檸檬、白花、烤杏仁、一點橙皮同白堊岩礦物；入口濃而不重，質地油潤但收尾絕乾、帶鹹鮮礦物。作為一款村級酒（Villages），表現非常出色，且具備優雅陳年嘅實力。

TASTING NOTE BY WINE CRITICS

Here too there is enough reduction to overshadow the fruit. By contrast, there is both good verve and freshness to the caressing and beautifully textured flavors that also flash ample minerality on the youthfully austere bitter zest-inflected finale. This is very good for a villages-level wine and one that should age gracefully.
