Benjamin Leroux 13歲進入伯恩釀酒學校（Lycée Viticole de Beaune）就讀，隨後在University of Dijon取得釀酒學位。年僅20歲時，他就在波爾多名莊Cos d’Estournel、大酒商Louis Jadot、美國俄勒岡以及紐西蘭等多個知名酒莊留下了工作足跡，累積了極其廣闊的國際視野。1999年，年僅24歲的他被重用，接掌了Pommard頂級名莊——Domaine Comte Armand的釀酒師及酒莊經理位置。在他的打理下，酒莊品質不僅絲毫未減，聲譽更是直線飆升，這也讓他正式在Burgundy名震天下。2007年，Benjamin Leroux創立了自己的同名酒莊，開啟了他真正的夢想篇章。

世界公認的Burgundy權威酒評家 Allen Meadows (Burghound創辦人) 讚許他為酒神Henri Jayer的接班人。Jancis Robinson和Burghound都曾指出，Benjamin Leroux是Burgundy Côte d’Or 最有天賦和博學的葡萄種植者和釀造者。

TASTING NOTE BY WINE CRITICS

The 2015 Volnay 1er Cru Clos de la Caves des Ducs has a very pure bouquet: blackberry, raspberry coulis, a touch of wild forest floor and minerals – there is wonderful focus and control here. The palate is very well balanced with crisp acidity, the 50% whole bunch adding a little more edginess compared to the completely de-stemmed Volnay les Mitans, with precision all the way through to the finish. This is a “killer” offering from Benjamin Leroux.
