Albert Bichot 酒莊是法國Burgundy歷史悠久、規模頗具影響力的家族酒莊，隸屬Bichot Family ，其家族歷史可追溯至 1214 年，自 1350 年起便定居Burgundy，以雌鹿為家族紋章標誌，百年未變。近代的Bichot家族史則是一部精彩的產業進化史。1831年，Bernard Bichot在Monthélie創立了葡萄酒貿易公司，正式涉足葡萄酒領域。隨後，家族陸續購入Volnay等地的頂級葡萄園。到了19世紀末，繼承人Albert Bichot展現出卓越的商業才華，他不僅擴大了葡萄種植面積，更在1912年做出了一個關鍵決定——將公司總部遷至勃艮第的心臟地帶：Beaune。從此，「Albert Bichot」這個名字正式在法國Burgundy的舞台上大放異彩。如今，酒莊已由第六代繼承人Albéric Bicho掌舵。在他的革新與帶領下，酒莊不僅蟬聯Burgundy前三大酒莊的地位，更成為了著名的伯恩濟貧院（Hospices de Beaune）年度慈善拍賣會的最大買家，實力深不可測。

在Burgundy這個寸金寸土的產區，Albert Bichot擁有6 座獨立莊園，總葡萄園面積超過100公頃，另有 70 個合作農戶供應 350 公頃葡萄，足跡遍布勃艮第五大核心產區：Chablis、Côte de Nuits、Côte de Beaune、Côte Chalonnaise同Beaujolais。

作為Burgundy頂級生產商之一，Albert Bichot出產的酒款屢獲國際大獎，釀酒師Alain Serveau曾獲國際葡萄酒挑戰賽「最佳釀酒師」稱號，品質備受全球認可。

Domaine du Clos Frantin 坐落於Côte de Nuits，擁有Richebourg、Chambertin等多塊頂級特級園，其歷史悠久的拱形地窖為葡萄酒的陳釀提供了絕佳環境。Richebourg位於Vosne-Romanée眾多園區的核心地帶，是Côte de Nuits最負盛名、最受追捧的特級園之一，是所有Pinot Noir愛好者的終級夢想之一。這個特級園總面積僅8.03公頃，目前由12個酒莊所瓜分，羅曼尼康帝（DRC）是最大的地主，占有3.51公頃，Clos Frantin則是最小的擁有者，僅占有0.07公頃，所以產量非常稀罕。

TASTING NOTE BY WINE CRITICS

The 2016 Richebourg Grand Cru comes from a single parcel within Les Verroilles that was picked on 30 September and includes 45% whole-bunch fruit and 40% new oak. It has a very classy bouquet with a mixture of red and black fruit, sous bois and morels, all very well defined and endowed with a sense of grandeur. The palate is medium-bodied with fine tannin, crisp acidity, lovely focus and tension with veins of spice toward the finish. It does not possess the weight and substance of a completely untroubled growing season, yet there is class interwoven into every pore of this wine.
