00 Wines 酒莊位於美國Oregon, 是近年備受矚目嘅精品酒莊，由Chris Hermann同妻子Kathryn Hermann于2015年創立。

“00”象徵無限可能，一個零代表酒莊的Chardonnay白酒，另一個零則代表Pinot Noir紅酒。

酒莊以Burgundy名莊為標桿，并邀請Burgundy釀酒大師、羅曼尼康帝酒莊（Domaine de la Romanée-Conti）唯一釀酒顧問Pierre Millemann加入，希望採用獨特工藝釀造帶有Burgundy風格的葡萄酒。

TASTING NOTE BY WINE CRITICS

Subtle and transparent, showing dried green apples, yogurt, lemon and lime rind and oyster-shell character on both the nose and palate. Full-bodied yet tight and intense with phenolics that flow through the wine. Lightly chewy but polished and caressing in the finish. A fantastic chardonnay with lots of flavor and texture. Drink or hold.
