法國汝拉地區聞名的vin jaune「黃酒」，由Savagnin提子釀造，發酵後連同酵母一同在228L的大橡木桶中陳釀6年，陳釀中的酒與外在空氣隔絕，酒的表面會形成一層薄薄的酵母膜，與西班牙雪莉酒中的酒花(flor)有少許相似，造就vin jaune的獨特醇香。
Vin jaune味道與雪莉酒及花雕相似，亦是和大閘蟹非常相襯的葡萄酒。
