Champagne Chavost 崇尚自然風味，盡量減少釀造香檳時的添加物，這款粉紅香檳以放血法製作，Pinot Noir及Pinot Meunier 紅提子破皮後連同汁液浸泡以取得漂亮的粉紅酒色、單寧及更多提子果香，製作時並無添加二氧化硫，製作香檳時亦無補糖，裝瓶前亦無進行澄清，以保留香檳自然味道。
