Join us for a wine dinner featuring modern Thai dishes and elegant Bourgogne wines from Jean-Luc & Paul Aegerter.
People often say wine pairing for Thai cuisine is not easy. We invite you to explore the marriage of modern Thai flavours and elegant Bourgogne wines with us!
Enjoy 5 wines from Aegerter together with dishes created by the team from Michelin Bib Gourmand recommended Thai restaurant “Saya”, at the newly opened “Kopitiam By Saya” in Tsuen Wan.
Mélanie de Faveri, Sales Manager and Loïc Mary, Winery Representative will be there to tell us more about the winery and the wines.
