採用老藤 (Vieilles Vignes) 產出嘅提子，令口感更豐富，帶礦物感。而且無落過木桶，唔會比桶味搶咗果香同酸度，口感清爽唔油膩。雪到微凍，倒落杯後漸漸散發出花香同西柚香。入口帶密瓜，熱情果，少少白胡椒味。微微帶青檸嘅酸度，西柚/杏脯果香，酸度偏高而唔會太over，令人口水都湧晒出黎
