Champagne Chavost 崇尚自然風味，盡量減少釀造香檳時的添加物，這款Blanc de Meunier黑中白香檳全以Pinot Meunier釀造，並無添加二氧化硫，製作香檳時亦無補糖，裝瓶前亦無進行澄清，以保留香檳自然味道。Blanc de Meunier果味比酒莊另一款香檳Blanc d’Assemblage更為細膩，紅果、啤梨、蘋果香中亦帶白花香，入口持久有活力。
